My Aerial Home Children & Youth Aerial Programme (CYAP) Subscription Terms of Service

Enrolment into My Aerial Home’s Children & Youth Aerial Programme is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly. Classes are run on a termly basis. See further details in the terms below.

Please read carefully:

1.    Payment:

A monthly payment is calculated on the number of weeks classes run at My Aerial Home across the year, divided into *12 equal monthly payments*.

The payments are due in advance and are payable on the 1st of every month including school holiday periods. Automatic renewals occur monthly unless written notice of cancellation is received (see section 5).

Monthly prices for the CYAP 2026 Programme are as follows:

Monster Club - £60.00 per month

Monster Club Mondays - £58.33 per month

Circus Troupe - £112.50 per month

Teen Programme - £71.25 per month

Teen Troupe - £112.50 per month

Prices run from January to December and will be adjusted for each January to account for the following years term weeks. For January 2026- December 2026 there are 36 weeks of term time.

Late or missed payments may result in suspension of class participation until the account is settled.  As well as, administration and ‘catch up’ fees. E.g. Cancelling in July and re subscribing in September will still incur the August payment, as the cost is spread over 12 months.

2. Scope:

Subscriptions guarantee your child’s place in the chosen class on an ongoing basis whilst they are the appropriate age for that specific class. 

Classes run weekly in term times and dates will be emailed before the start of each new term.

3. Restrictions:

Once subscribed we are not able to offer refunds for any missed classes.  As per My Aerial Home’s main T&C’s:

We have a no refund, no transfer, no do over policy. It is up to the purchaser to ensure they are available for the classes and they remain in good health to attend. Although we are sympathetic to everyone’s circumstances we cannot be responsible for events and issues outside of our control including, but not exclusively sickness, diary clashes, change of mind or travel issues.

It is not possible to switch classes or days mid term. It may be possible at the start of a new term only with prior arrangement with The Manager. Email The Manager in advance at info@myaerialhome.co.uk before the start of the next term any movement would be applicable from.

If you make an official arrangement to change day or class, please be aware that your subscription price may change, see prices (section 1).

4. Delivery:

The subscriptions will be processed through BSport, our studio payment system.

5. Cancelation:

In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by My Aerial Home for whatever reason, you will be refunded the cost of that class only.

The CYAP subscription covers a 12-month period of fixed monthly payments, running from January to December. You can opt out early, according to the following conditions.

CYAP Subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of a term. To cancel your subscription, you must contact The Manager in writing at least 7 days before the end of the term you wish to finish.

You will still be charged for the month your final payment falls in. Please note that because the monthly fee is lower than the cost of the classes taken each month, your final payment may occur the month after your last class. 

This final fixed monthly payment may mean you are paying slightly more per class to ensure the total paid is not less than the cost of the classes attended.

When leaving a 12 month subscription early the fixed monthly fee won't always be exact to the number of classes, but will be as close to as possible.
