Children's Birthday Party
Sundays 1:00-2:30PM & 3:00-4:30PM
Come celebrate your birthday or other occasion at My Aerial Home! We offer aerial circus parties for ages 6-13. If you are outside these ages, but still want a circus party please email us directly at info@myaerialhome.co.uk.
Our aerial circus birthday parties offer two aerial classes by our friendly and experienced ringmasters. There are also fun circus warm up and cool down games, and an option of catering in our cafe after your party. During your birthday experience your party will have exclusive use of our space.
£36 per head, minimum 6 participants. To reserve your date payment for 6 participants (£216) is needed.
After booking, you will be sent a booking form. Here we will take more details about your party and you will be given to choice to opt for Flying Trapeze (£45 a head instead of £36) or add on our catering option (+£7.5 per head) or cafe space hire (+£30). If catering or cafe hire is opted for, your party will run for an extra half hour in the cafe area.
Schedule
15 minutes: Warm Up Games
30 minutes: Aerial Class 1 (Static Trapeze)
30 minutes: Aerial Class 2 (Aerial Sling)
15 minutes: Cool Down Games
30 minutes: Cafe space (if hired or catering opted for)
Adult Aerial Experience
£45 per head, minimum of 6 participants
Great for corporate events or hen parties! If you elect for Flying Trapeze, an extra coach will be required at a cost of £45. Please email info@myaerialhome.co.uk for availability.
A few things to note...
Please arrive promptly at your booking time, and no sooner as we have other bookings in the space
Please bring refillable water bottles. We have free filtered drinking water at the space.
Please wear clothing to protect your skin e.g. long leggings or fitted tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt that does not ride up or that can be tucked in for going upside down. No crop tops are allowed. Stud earrings are acceptable but any loose jewellery e.g. necklaces, bracelets, hoop earrings must be removed.
Only the participants of the party can use the aerial equipment in the space. We allow parents and guardians in the space to take photos of the party but they may not teach, help or participate in the aerial classes.
In the event your party booking is for 9 children or more and we have not been given at least 2 weeks notice, your party will incur an additional fee of £45 to be paid to the teacher.
Health Issues, Terms & Conditions and Liability
Once your party deposit is paid we run a no refund, no transfer, no do over policy.
By booking the party you confirm that all of the participants will be healthy and able to participate on the requested date. By booking the party you give consent for My Aerial Home Circus Coaches to support and spot the Aerial Party/Aerial Experience participants on the equipment, by any suitable means to keep them safe while using the aerial equipment.
The participants will be made aware of the correct clothing that should be worn and agree to conform to the clothing policy.
By booking the party you agree to hold Amanda Miles and any of the My Aerial Home’s coaches free and harmless of any liability for any death, subsequent injury or health problems that may result from or be aggravated by your participating in an Aerial Birthday Party or Aerial Experiences.
