Job Title: Social Media & Website Manager 

The Social media manager is a vital part of our core team. Their job includes understanding and driving sales as well as curating our image and brand.

We are seeking a creative Social Media & Website Manager to oversee our online  presence across social platforms (Instagram & Tik Tok, Facebook), our website, and  LinkedIn. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, sales and website  management to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

Social Media Management 

• Plan, create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms  (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) 

• Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner • Advertise and promote upcoming courses, events and workshops • Analyse performance metrics  

Content Creation 

• Develop written, visual, and multimedia content aligned with marketing campaigns • Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all channels 

Sales & Course Promotion 

• Monitor course bookings and upcoming schedules to identify gaps or under filled  sessions 

• Work closely with the team to prioritise and promote courses that require increased  bookings 

• Plan and execute targeted campaigns to maximise course attendance and revenue • Use data insights to adjust marketing efforts and improve conversion rates 

LinkedIn Management 

• Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence 

• Create professional content aligned with brand voice and business goals Website Management 

• Update and maintain website content, make sure information is accurate and timely • Optimise website for SEO and performance 

Email Marketing & Newsletter 

• Plan, create, and manage the monthly newsletter to promote upcoming courses,  events, and key business updates 

• Align newsletter campaigns with course availability, prioritising sessions that need  increased uptake 

• Track and analyse performance (open rates, click through rates, bookings  generated) and optimise future campaigns

Design & Creative (Canva) 

• Use Canva to design high quality visual content including posters for upcoming  courses, social media graphics, website assets, and newsletter visuals • Create eye catching adverts to support course promotion and drive bookings • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity • Work efficiently to produce timely content aligned with marketing campaigns and  course schedules 

Requirements 

• Proven experience in social media and website management 

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a business and marketing platform • Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and content management systems (eg  Squarespace) 

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills 

• Graphic design and video editing skills 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects 

• Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) to produce marketing materials Key Competencies

 Fee: £20 per hour for 50 hours per month. Some evening event work is required.
