Bara Dankova
Teacher: Monster Club - Teens - Summer Camps
Disciplines: Silks - Rope - Hoop - Trapeze - Cyr Wheel
Bara is a real jack of all trades when it comes to circus. She first discovered aerial silks while travelling in Chile, quickly became obsessed and continued her aerial journey while working in Germany. After her degree in German and Spanish, she moved to Glasgow, because she knew that’s where she could keep training in her new hobby, added rope, hoop and trapeze to her repertoire and started teaching.
In 2023, she moved to London to pursue further training at the National Centre for Circus Arts, but instead of rope as originally intended, she specialised in Cyr wheel and toured with circus productions of Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz shortly after graduating.
Bara has taught a variety of disciplines in a number of aerial studios and circus schools around London and enjoys finding tips and tricks, as well as challenges to adapt her lesson plans to each individual student. She also continues her aerial training by travelling for workshops, intensives and festivals all across Europe.
