Jennifer Wilson

Teacher

Jennifer has trained Parkour from the age of 16, her first performance being a stunt woman in a music video for JP Cooper. Falling in love with the discipline, she continued to do sports modelling and live performance, often in a Parkour ensemble involving swinging and flowing through a scaffolding stage.

Jennifer began to teach Parkour, Acrobatics and Handbalance around London for people of all abilities from ages 4 to over 60! In 2018, after discovering the crossover between the Parkour and Circus Industry, she joined The National Centre for Circus Arts to study a 3 year degree in Circus Arts. There, specialising in Chinese Pole, she was introduced to another dimension of movement and performance. After graduating from NCCA, Jennifer jumped straight back into studying and is now a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Now, Jennifer combines her skills and experience to teach ground-based movement skills to those with a love of moving and help them realise their potential!
