Welcome to My Aerial Home, the home of trapeze classes in South London.
My Aerial Home teaches a variety of aerial dance skills including static trapeze, rope, silks and hoop along with the ground-based skills of contortion, acrobalance and tumbling – to absolute beginners and improvers.
The classes are suitable for both men and women aged 16+ and are a fun way to get fit, challenge yourself and be creative. My Aerial Home is based at the Harris Aspire, Beckenham.

    10th - 11th November

     

    A basic rigging course for aerialists and people who work with aerialists to ensure safe and secure working practices. In conjunction with Bryan Donaldson at High Performance Rigging.

  • Beginners Hoop

    Thursday's beginners hoop classes for Absolute Beginners - Wednesday Hoop for improvers.

    8 - 9pm (Thursdays) 7.45 - 8.45 (Wednesdays)



  • Dancers Intensive Courses

    For professional dancers, this course is geared towards gaining commercial aerial work.
